The role
We're hiring a Marketing Executive to own content creation, user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, and lead generation from our Surrey office. You'll turn our services into clear, trustworthy, engaging marketing that brings qualified immigration prospects through the door — and you'll use AI tools to move faster and smarter.
What your first few months look like
- Get deep on our services, our clients, and the immigration journeys they're on.
- Build and publish a steady stream of content — social posts, short-form video, graphics, and written copy.
- Launch your first UGC campaigns: source, coordinate, and edit authentic client and creator content.
- Stand up a repeatable lead-generation motion and start hitting monthly targets.
- Report on what's working and double down on it.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, and publish content across channels that speaks to prospective immigration clients.
- Build and run UGC campaigns that build trust and reach.
- Own lead generation against monthly targets — turning content and campaigns into qualified inquiries.
- Apply AI tools to speed up content production, research, and optimization.
- Track results, report clearly, and adjust quickly.
What a strong candidate brings
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience in content creation and UGC.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them to marketing.
- A track record of (or clear appetite for) hitting lead-generation targets.
- Trainable, adaptive, and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated to work on-site in Surrey in an immigration services company.
