Massif is building the AI hiring marketplace where the hard part of recruiting is ours, not our customers. We are hiring a Founding Product Engineer to build the product end to end — from the features employers touch every day to the infrastructure that keeps them running. This is a build-from-zero seat with real ownership: you will ship fast, own decisions, and hold founding equity. What you will do: build full-stack in Python with Postgres; ship production AI features in front of real employers; own infrastructure solo — deploy, monitor, keep things reliable; work directly with the founders on a tight loop; set the engineering foundations the next hires build on. Compensation: CAD 90,000-120,000 plus founding equity. Vancouver BC, hybrid.
