Massif is building the AI hiring marketplace that makes the hard part of recruiting ours, not our customers. We are looking for a Founding GTM / Growth Marketer to own how midsize BC employers discover, trust, and adopt Massif. This is a build-from-zero seat: you will set the go-to-market motion, generate demand, and turn early interest into booked meetings and signed employers. You will report directly into the founding team and have real ownership over strategy and channels. What you will do: own demand generation end to end, from positioning and messaging to campaigns that produce measurable pipeline; get meetings with midsize BC employers and convert them into early customers; run sourcing, CRM, and outreach single-handedly with AI tools; stand up the measurement so the team can steer. What a strong candidate brings: a demand-gen or growth track record with real numbers; evidence of BC-employer reach; comfort operating solo with modern AI tooling. Compensation: CAD 70,000-95,000 plus founding equity. Vancouver BC, hybrid.
